Project management: PMO, portfolios and execution with real visibility
We design and implement PMOs, portfolio prioritization systems and tracking cadences so your initiatives execute on time, with visibility and without depending on heroes.
Your organization constantly launches initiatives: improvement plans, technology implementations, regulatory projects, internal transformations. But after 3 months, nobody knows the status of each one, priorities change without explicit criteria and the same resources are committed to everything.
What we do
| Intervention | What we deliver | Typical duration |
|---|---|---|
| PMO Design | Structure, processes, tools and cadences for a functional project office | 4-8 weeks |
| Portfolio prioritization | Explicit criteria system for deciding what gets done, paused and cancelled | 2-4 weeks |
| Systematic tracking | Review cadences, project health metrics, early warnings, executive reporting | Monthly ongoing |
| Project leader coaching | Capability development in management, facilitation and decision-making for project leads and sponsors | 3-6 month program |
Frequently asked questions
Do we need a formal PMO or something lighter?
It depends on the volume and complexity of your initiatives. For portfolios of 10-30 projects, a lightweight structure with clear cadences may suffice. For 50+, a PMO with dedicated roles is necessary. We diagnose this in the first 2 weeks.
What approach do you use: agile or traditional?
Hybrid. We use predictive frameworks (PMI) when certainty allows and adaptive frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) when complexity demands iteration. Most real organizations need both — methodological dogmatism doesn't work.
