Frequently asked questions
Do you do AI training with real company data?
Yes. We have local infrastructure (NVIDIA DGX, on-premise models) to run AI labs with client data under complete sovereignty. Nothing goes to the cloud if the client doesn't allow it.
How do you measure training impact?
We use an adapted Kirkpatrick framework: Level 1 (reaction), Level 2 (learning), Level 3 (job transfer) and Level 4 (business metrics impact). Most providers only measure Level 1 — we commit to Level 3 minimum.
