The Rizoma Manifesto
What is unseen—beliefs, decisions, and data—defines results.
That's why we intervene at the root.
Potential is distributed, decision is designed
Intelligence is not in org charts—it's in connections. Living organizations thrive when ideas can flow, intersect, and evolve from any node. What we do is design those spaces of connection, not give instructions.
Transformation is collective or it's not transformation
Nothing truly changes if the relational fabric doesn't change. Tools without shared meaning are just noise. The technical and the human must walk together. We are teachers at heart: we teach to fish.
We work with real complexity, not ideal models
We don't simplify what must be understood. We facilitate difficult conversations, reveal tensions, embrace real systems. We design for emergence: we listen to patterns, amplify what works, and cultivate conditions for the new to have space to grow.
We intervene with ethics to increase autonomy
Every technology or methodology we use must increase autonomy, not replace it. Every decision must have purpose, context, and respect for the people who inhabit it. We are business scientists, systems designers, learning facilitators.
We are rhizome, not tower
We expand like a rhizome: multiple growth points, lateral connections, and continuous learning.
We don't concentrate power: we design capacity.
Our work is to help organizational life regenerate, sustain, and flourish.
Do we resonate with you?
