Our key technologies

Augmented Organizational Intelligence

Data, Machine Learning and systemic analysis to understand how an organization really operates beyond the org chart.

  • Organizational Network Analysis (ONA) to visualize and analyze formal and informal relationships.
  • Data-driven organizational diagnosis to prioritize interventions with greater systemic impact.

Team and Decision Architecture

Design of teams, roles and decision mechanisms that eliminate friction and politics. We are certified Belbin specialists to ensure real complementarity and collective performance.

  • Redesign of leadership teams and key teams.
  • Explicit clarification of decision rights and mechanisms.

Intelligent Automation and Execution

AI, automation and metrics to turn decisions into sustainable results.

  • Automation of reporting, tracking and critical operational flows.
  • AI assistants and live metrics connected to executive decisions.

These technologies are not implemented separately. They are combined according to the system's problem.

Applied AI and Data

We apply artificial intelligence and data science to solve real organizational problems — not tech demos.

Corporate AI Labs

We design and implement internal AI labs so your organization develops its own analysis and automation capabilities.

Organizational Analysis with ML

K-Means, Random Forest and Gradient Boosting applied to climate, engagement and turnover data. The science behind the Organizational MRI.

Analysis Tools

Executive dashboards, natural language processing for open-ended surveys, and automated reports that transform data into decisions.

Frequently asked questions

What is Organizational Network Analysis (ONA) and what is it used for?
ONA is a data science methodology that visualizes how information, decisions and collaboration actually flow within an organization — beyond the formal org chart. It identifies communication bottlenecks, hidden influence nodes, isolated teams and informal dependencies that affect the speed and quality of decisions.
Do we need to switch project management tools?
Not necessarily. We are tool-agnostic. First we evaluate whether the problem is the tool or how it is being used. Many organizations have poorly configured Jira, Monday or Azure DevOps. We optimize what you already have before recommending a change. If migration is needed, we do it with criteria and accompaniment.
What is the difference between Jira and Businessmap for work management?
Jira is strong in task management and team flows. Businessmap (formerly Kanbanize) integrates portfolio management, OKRs and cross-team dependency visualization in a single platform. For organizations that need to connect strategy with execution, Businessmap is usually more suitable. For technical teams with complex flows, a well-configured Jira is hard to beat.
How do you handle data security when doing organizational analysis?
We operate local infrastructure (NVIDIA DGX, on-premise models, Qdrant vectors) for clients requiring data sovereignty. ONA and AI analyses can run entirely within the client network, without data leaving to the cloud. We comply with security standards required by banking, government and insurance sectors in the region.
