What does this checklist evaluate?
- Flow System Definition Kanban board, columns, commitment and delivery points, work types, and visibility.
- Explicit Limits and Policies WIP limits, prioritization policies, transition rules, and urgency handling.
- Active Daily Management Flow-focused dailies, blocker management, pull system, and aging item tracking.
- Metrics and Visibility Lead time, cycle time, throughput, CFD, and probabilistic forecasting.
